  1. Clean & rinse shrimp. Pat dry.
  2. Toss beans with olive oil, cumin, 1/4 salt, 1/4 pepper, cayenne pepper.
  3. Arrange beans on one layer on baking sheet.
  4. Roast beans 10 minutes.
  5. stir beans, keeping in one layer on baking sheet.
  6. Add shrimp to beans and roast an additional 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are fully cooked (pinkish white).
  7. cut lemon and squeeze over beans & shrimp.
