  2. Fantastic, Dancer!! Just delicious. I changed the recipe just a little. I didn't add the parmesan cheese, only because I forgot, but I sprinkled Tones Canadian Steak Seasoning on the grouper (found at Sam's Club) on it before putting it into the pan. Wow what a kick! We have this at least once a week with fresh caught Grouper! Thanks.

  3. Fish wsa good but very bland. It needs some garlic, pepper or parsley as seasoning.

  4. This was awesome!! The only thing I did differently was that I used diced tomatoes with jalepeno peppers that gave it an amazing zippiness. This is a forever keeper. Thanks!!!

  5. Yum! I changed the recipe a little, not because it didn't sound good, but because I didn't have the necessary ingredients. I melted some butter in a skillet and added some lemon juice, onions and some sliced up red pepper (had no celery)with a tablespoon of minced garlic. I let that simmer for about 10 minutes, then added a 14.5 oz can of Hunts diced tomatoes w/ garlic, basil and oregano. I then poured it all over my grouper fillets in a baking dish, added some shredded mozzarella and some grated parmesan to the top, covered it and baked for 1/2 hour. Absolutely phenomenal! Good one, Dancer^!
