  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Wash chicken breasts, pat dry. Cut into bite size chunks.
  • In a small bowl or pasta dish, beat egg. Add milk to egg and stir to combine.
  • On a large plate, add Panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix together. (you could also do this in a Ziploc bag).
  • Add chicken nuggets to egg/milk mixture and coat thoroughly.
  • Next, dredge nuggets in seasoned crumb mixture until covered.
  • Place chicken nuggets on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, leaving space between each nugget.
  • Bake at 350 for about an hour or until done.
