  1. In 2 quart saucepan melt margarine over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, mustard & pepper until smooth. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in mild until smooth, stirring constantly over medium heat. Heat about 10 minutes. Remove from heat & stir in cheese until thickened. Turn macaroni into greased 2 quart casserole. Pour cheese over macaroni & mix well.Bake @ 375 for 25 or until top is light brown. Sometimes I top with more shredded cheese & paprika.
