Baked Nectarines

  • Pree heat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut nectarines in half and remove pit.
  • Place nectarines and raspberries on a baking sheet. Drizzle brandy and brown sugar overtop and bake in oven for 10 minutes.
  • Just before serving top with flaked almonds.

The first time I made the dish I used frozen, defrosted blackberries instead of raspberries and slivers of butter before baking along with the brown sugar and brandy. The second time I used all sorts of fruit in the frig: blueberries, strawberries and figs along with the nectarines, brandy, brown sugar and butter. I cut the nectarines into smaller pieces for easier eating. Thanks
