  1. Made this this morning for the family and it was a huge hit with everyone---even my 2 and 4 year olds! My hubby thought it was a little dry, so he added a little milk to his, but he loved it anyway

  2. Originally I made this and only left a comment. After *PAC Spring 2008*, I tried the recipe again with much better results. I did reduce the amount of dried fruit due to personal preference. The oatmeal was done in about 30 to 40 minutes.

  3. I was a little nervous making this recipe based on the last review. I have never made or eaten Baked Oatmeal so I have nothing to compare this recipe with. I cut the recipe down to 2 servings, followed directions exactly as written and baked for 55 minutes. I expected a failure but was pleasantly surprised to have a bowl of oatmeal with a slightly crunchy top and the rest moist and delicious. I used raisins for my dried fruit and they were plump and juicy. I will be making this again, the only change I suggest make would be to add a little more cinnamon. Made for PAC, Spring 2008
