  1. Sorry Elly, I thought I posted this earlier. :) Oh My.....I'm in 'Onion Heaven'. What a terrific and pretty way to serve onions as a side dish. I didn't have pure sage, but had poultry seasoning which contains sage, so used that. I'll have to get the pure sage for when I make it again. Thanks Elly, for a wonderful addition to our supper. 2. Since I'm the one writing the review, I'm giving it 5-stars, however my DH and DD didn't care for it. I used ground sage which gave it a different look ten the photo posted by Diana #2.

  4. Thanks for the posting, these were easy and made a nice side dish. I have a 12 year old who likes almost nothing but for some reason really loves onions so I am always interested in new ways to use them. Thanks again.

  5. Very easy recipe to make, with such great flavours, the honey just adds that bit of sweetness. I did not have sage on its own but used sage and mixed herbs, and it tasted fantastic. I am making it again tonight as a side dish to roast chicken. The family loved it and this recipe will be another family favourite from now on. Thanks Elly
