Baked Parmesan Chicken

"From the Rancho Temecula Area Women's Club cookbook. Submitted by Pat Romans. I made this for dinner the other night because I happened to have all the ingredients on hand. My husband said it was the best chicken I'd ever made. This is a great dish for company too - super easy to put together so it can bake while you get other things done!"

  • Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, pepper, salt, oregano, paprika and cayenne.
  • Combine garlic and butter.
  • Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry.
  • Dip chicken in butter, and dredge in cracker mixture.
  • Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour until done.
