Baked Penne

"Just my version of baked penne. This is great as leftovers, too. We usually have it with some steamed broccoli on the side."

  • Cook the penne in salted water to your liking.
  • Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients, but reserve some cheese for the top.
  • Note: put a little more spaghetti sauce in the dish than you like when you eat because some of the moisture will go away when cooking.
  • Put into baking dish or casserole pan and sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Enjoy!
  • Note: You can mix everything together ahead of time, cover with seran wrap, and bake later.
