- 5 large potatoes, cooked and diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1⁄2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 bunches chopped green onions (, sautéed in bacon grease)
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 F.

This recipe is so easy to make and these are the best potatoes ever. I scaled the recipe down to 2 servings and used bacon I already had cooked and put in the fridge. We loved the mix of cheddar cheese and sour cream. Easy to follow recipe, we will difinitely have this again! Thanks so much Miss Annie! :)
