  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius Cut pumpkin into large slices.
  • Place each pumpkin slice onto a piece of foil. Brush both sides of pumpkin with olive oil and then shoyu.
  • Wrap pumpkin in the aluminium foil and place onto a baking tray.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
  • Unwrap pumpkin and serve.
