Baked Rice

  • Combine all ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole.
  • Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Fluff with fork.

  1. I cut this down to 4 servings and did it in a 1-qt. dish. Turned out great. Rice was very fluffy. I had the oven going for something else, so just popped it in and forgot about it until the timer went off. Easy! Made for Spring 2013 PAC.
