  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes, or 2 minutes less than the package directions so it's aldente, since you will be cooking the pasta a second time. Drain in a colander.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the drained pasta with the marinara sauce, all of the ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese and gently mix until combined.
  4. Pour the pasta into the dish then top with the parmigiano reggiano and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake until the top is golden and the cheese melts, about 25 minutes.
  6. **I use recipe #447975 for the marinara sauce.
