Directions

  1. In large skillet, saute onion and peppers with ground beef, then drain off grease.
  2. Add tomatoes, mushroom, olives, and oregano.
  3. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
  4. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with half of the vegetable mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Mix the mushroom soup with the water and pour over the casserole.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
