Directions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes and oregano. Add ground beef. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  2. Place half of the spaghetti in greased 13in x 9in x 2in baking dish. Top with half beef mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. Mix the soup and water until smooth; pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
