- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (12 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained (chopped)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- parmesan cheese
directions
- Preheat over to 350.
- Cook pasta.
- Cook beef.
- In separate (Large) frying pan saute mushrooms, onion, pepper.
- Drain juice from veggies.
- Drain grease from beef.
- Add beef to veggies.
- Add tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup. Stir.
- Add parm and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Create layers of noodles and beef/veggie mixture in a 13x9 pan.
- Add cheeses on top.
