“As I was going through some of my old (very old) recipe boxes, I came across this ribs recipe that I haven't made in years, but will again soon. I recall these being nicely sweet with a definite Hawaiian influence.”

Directions

  1. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place in a shallow pan.
  4. Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Pour off excess fat.
  6. Reduce oven heat to 350°F.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  8. Pour over ribs.
  9. Bake for 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently.
