  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix dressing, juice concentrate, chili powder, and salt in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip the chicken in the dressing mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
  4. Place in a single layer in a foil-lined shallow baking pan.
  5. Discard remaining dressing mixture.
  6. Bake chicken 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions and slivered almonds.
  8. Serve with your favorite side dish and vegetable.
