- 1 sweet potato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
directions
- Cut sweet potato into fries or slice a little thicker than chips.
- Mix all ingredients in a large ziplock bag and shake until each piece is coated well.
- Spray Baking sheet with Cooking spray and arrange fries in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes on 400°.
