  1. I make these quite often...they're a good way to eat a sweet potato (which is very good for you). I used cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt. Delicious!

  2. If your family hasn't tried these fries, they are really missing out. Use the suggested spices or those of your choice. I like garlic and Italian seasonings. Thanks for posting.

  3. This is the perfect recipe for a beginner 'yammer'. I used Paula Deen's 'house' seasoning: garlic powder, pepper and salt with a bit of onion powder. They were so delicious - there wasn't enough! I only bought 2 sweet potatoes because I wasn't sure we'd like them. I will be going back to the store directly to make more! Thank you for the simple, healthy recipe! (Actually looking forward to trying the taco seasoning.)

  4. These were really good, enjoyed by all of us! I had one large sweet potato and used the 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1/4 tsp of each salt and pepper and 2 tsp of taco seasoning which was perfect. I baked the potatoes on parchment paper and mine baked in 15 minutes. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Made for the Hot, Spicy and Tasty challenge in the photo forum.
