Directions

  1. Cook pasta spirals n boiling salted water till tender.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Melt butter in small fry pan and saute onions for 4 minutes till tender.
  4. Stir buttered green onions through hot pasta.
  5. Add cream cheese, blue cheese and grated cheese.
  6. Blend well, season to taste.
  7. Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish.
  8. Bake in moderate oven 180 C for 15 minutes till all cheese is melted.
  9. Serve immediately.
