ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) can tuna fish
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup cracker crumb
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups milk, scalded

Shrimp sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 (6 ounce) can shrimp
directions
- Flake tuna into greased baking dish. Combine other ingredients, except sauce ingredients and pour over tuna. Bake in 325* oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. To make sauce: Mix butter, flour, water, and lemon juice and cook over low heat until thick and smooth. Add pickle relish and shrimp. Serve over baked tuna.
