  • In small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, dried oregano leaves, salt, pepper and dash hot pepper sauce.
  • Slowly whisk in olive or vegetable oil; stir in crumbled blue cheese.
  • Serve.

  1. Had this on a steak salad, YUMMY my husband has asked me twice if I saved this recipe! I am sorry I did not follow recipe exactly I did add 1 clove of garlic. Otherwise exact mesurments of everything else. Again YUMMY
     
  2. I was looking for a blue cheese vingerette dressing similiar to what i've had in a restaurant and liked the ingredients in this one. it was excellent! I was in a rush to make this didn't even have time to chill it or mix it like the directions stated just put it all in a mason jar and shook it up
