Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette

- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 -4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- water (optional)
directions
- Whisk together in a bowl, or shake vigorously in a well sealed bottle.
- Add water to thin (and shake), if desired.
