- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme or 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
directions
- Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl.

This was great on Recipe #385538, the beef version! I did make a significant change which is why I took a star away. I tried it as listed and couldn't taste the balsamic vinegar, so I used 1/4 cup of it. I'm wondering if that was supposed to be the amount listed because what was there does not equal 3/4 cup. It was great with that amount and not overpowering! I also used the fresh thyme. Made for ZWT6. Thanks Ice Cool Kitty! :)
