  1. I love tuna! Always looking for something different and good. This filled the bill and will go into my "Everything Tuna" cookbook. I did present it a little differently. I don't know why, I just did! lol. Thnx for sharing your recipe, Obsessed. Made for PAC Fall 2009.

  2. This was a lovely way of taking the normal tuna and mayo and perking it up. Just that little bit of balsamic lifted the taste in such a nice way. I put slices of cherry tomatoes on top and served it with Ritz crackers for a light and tasty lunch. Made for Alphabet Soup tag.

  3. Very quick and flavorful - I'll incorporate this into my eating regiment!

  4. How easy, but it definitely takes regular tuna to a new level. Loved it.

  5. Loved it! So fast and simple! The best tuna salad ever! I think I might add some chopped celery and maybe chopped carrots just to increase the veggie serving. Thanks for posting.

Obsessed with cooking, and I'm a vegetarian, so most of my (few) recipes are vegetarian. I eat eggs and fish, and I drink milk - I just don't eat meat =).
