  • Combine Vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring, over low heat for 4 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 8 minutes or until reduced by one-third and slightly thick.

  1. This is what I made by mistake one day, and my kids loved it. I was cooking chicken at the time. Also try it with molasses instead of brown sugar, very good.
     
  2. An extended cook time reduced the glaze to 2/3 cup as recommended. It never thickened. Next time I’ll reduce glaze by half. We drizzled it over Mozzarella and Tomato Caprese Flatbread. Perfect pairing. Thanks for sharing.
