  • Puree the bananas in food processor.
  • Mix with chicken stock. Pass through fine mesh sieve or use stick blender.
  • Saute the onion and pepper until the onion is translucent.
  • Add everything together and heat, but do NOT boil.
  • Serve hot with croutons.
  • Garnish as you please, fresh parsley would be nice.
