Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 unfrozen ripe banana
  • 12 cup fruit (any combination, such as strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, papaya, mango, mamey, banana, etc)
  • 13 cup ice
  • 13 cup chilled water
  • stevia or honey or sugar

Directions

  1. In a food processor, grind flax seed.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. If your the resulting mixture is not fluid slowly add more water until at the desired consistency.
