Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 banana
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons berry yogurt (we used greek style yoghurt)
  • 12 teaspoon honey
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar mixture (the sort you make to put on toast)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  2. You may want to add a bit less milk and then thin it at the end by adding more milk if it is thicker than you prefer.
