  • 34 cup yogurt
  • 14 cup milk
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 34 cup berries (your choice, I like blueberries. You can also do a mix)
  • ice cube (optional)

  • Pour yogurt and milk in a blender, then add fruit and optional ice cubes.
  • Blend until desired thickness.
  • Enjoy!
