Directions

  1. Oven temp to 350F.
  2. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Stir in oats.
  4. To the dry ingredients, add eggs, salad oil and bananas; mix until combined.
  5. Distribute blueberries evenly through batter.
  6. Turn into greased and floured 8x5" loaf pan.
  7. Bake 1 hour 10 min.
  8. Cool in pan 10 min.
  9. ,remove and cool completely before slicing.
  10. Yields: 1 loaf.
