  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F
  2. Mix flour, cereal, spice, baking powder and baking soda medium bowl; set aside.
  3. BEAT sugar and margarine in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs; mix well.
  5. Add flour mixture alternate with milk, beating well after each addition.
  6. Blend mashed bananas.
  7. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  8. BAKE 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out dean.
  9. Cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack;
  10. remove from pan.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Cut into 16 slices.
