  1. Sift together the first four ingredients.
  2. Cream until light the next three ingredients.
  3. Then beat in the bananas.
  4. Alternate adding the wet mixture to the flour mixture in about three parts with the water & vanilla.
  5. Stir until just blended.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, nuts, cranberries, etc.
  7. Pour into oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
