"This recipe is an "oops" that turned out so good! (it's because of the extra butter). My nephew said it was the "best banana bread he ever had.""

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cream room temp butter and sugar, and add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
  • Spray 3 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Divide batter into the 3 pans and cook for 45 minute or less (I like my banana bread light).

I am originally from Vermont, but we moved to Texas in 2000. There are so many, foods here in the south, that I had never tasted before. Moved back to VT in 2007. Texas is tooo hot. However while I was there I got to sample the worlds best BBQ and so many foods I have never had before. YUM
