- 3 bananas (super ripe with black spots!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
directions
- Preheat oven to 350F and lightly butter a loaf pan.
- Put the bananas in a food processor; add the remaining ingredients.
- Turn into prepared pan and bake for one hour or until bread tests done.
