Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together applesauce, sugar, egg whites, banana and vanilla.
  5. Add flour mixture all at once and stir gently to blend.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool bread completely before slicing.
