Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl thoroughly.
  2. In another bowl add melted butter (cooled) beat in eggs, beat in bananas, stir in vanilla.
  3. Take dry ingredients and slowly add to banana mixture.
  4. Stir in gently until all ingredients are moistened.
  5. Pour batter in buttered and floured loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  6. When done place on a wire rack to cool.
