Directions

  1. Cream sugar and margarine.
  2. Mash bananas and add to the mixture.
  3. Sieve Flour, salt and soda.
  4. Beat the eggs and add alternatively with the eggs to the sugar/marg/banana mixture.
  5. Pour into a loaf tin.
  6. Bake at 355F for approx 40 mins (depending on your oven!).
  7. Enjoy cause it won't last long :).
