  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl (First 10 ingredients - Flours, sugar and spices).
  • Mix wet ingredients together (Remaining ingredients) in mixing bowl, making sure to mash bananas well.
  • Mix wet mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan and place in oven for 45 minutes (or until cooked through).
