  • Cut up the bananas and put them, along with the ice into the blender.
  • Add the two tablespoons peanut butter.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup soymilk.
  • If the smoothie seems to thick, or won't blend all the way, add a little more milk until it does.
  • Enjoy!
