  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and set aside.
  3. With an electric beater, mix the oil, applesauce, sugars, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  4. Turn the speed to low; add half of the flour mixture, blend until combined, then half of the bananas.
  5. Once the mixture looks uniform, repeat step 4.
  6. Grease or non-stick spray a large bundt pan and pour in the batter.
  7. Place a small cookie sheet under the bundt pan and set in the oven.
  8. In the final fifteen minutes, remove the cookie sheet; all the overflow there will be will have come out and cooked by then.
  9. Remove the bundt pan from the oven and set somewhere to cool for an hour.
  10. Turn out onto a plate and slice; serve with a small pat of butter, a dollop of whipped cream, etc.
