  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cake mix, eggs, buttermilk, mashed banana, and oil on low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
  2. Fold in 1 cup pecans; poue int a greased and floured 13 X 9 inch psn.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-38 minutes. Cool.
  4. Glaze:.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Add heavy cream and simmer 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Spread the glaze over the cake.
  7. Sprinkle with the chopped toffee bars and the chopped pecans.
