  • Whip butter in bowl.
  • Sift in dry ingredients.
  • Add milk, bananas, eggs and mix.
  • Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes Combine ingredients for icing in a heavy saucepan, and cook until well blended.
  • Spread over cake while still warm.
  • (Tip- to make sour milk, add a splash of vinegar and stir).

  3. I made this cake Saturday afternoon, today is Sunday. The cake is gone. It was so easy to make, basic kitchen ingredients, and it tasted great! I used my bundt pan, it was about 8 minutes longer in the oven, and I added walnut pieces. Thanks for the great Cake!
