I found this recipe in Taste Of Home magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. I plan to use sugar free caramel ice cream topping and no sugar added vanilla ice cream.”

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the ice cream topping, lemon juice, cinnamon and lemon peel. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
  2. Just before serving, stir in bananas and extract. Serve over ice cream.
