Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Softened butter and cream with sugar in a bowl.
  3. Place all dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a second bowl and combine with a wisk.
  4. Break bananas into small section and put in food processor.
  5. Add slightly beaten eggs and creamed sugar mixture to food processor; blend
  6. Add dry ingredient mixture to wet mixture and blend.
  7. Add chocolate chips to mixture using a spatula.
  8. Spray a loaf pan with Baker's Joy Non Stick Spray.
  9. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick entered in the center of loaf comes out clean.
