- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder (no alminum)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1⁄4 cups oat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
- 1⁄3 cup coconut oil
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup banana, mashed
- 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
directions
- turn the oven to 150 degree.
- put dry ingredients (first 6) in a bowl and mix.
- put wet ingredients (last 6) in a bowl and mix.
- put 2 into 3 and mix but not too much.
- pour into the cake pan or muffin cups.
- bake for approximately 40 minutes.
