Directions

  1. Place milk and chia seeds in a saucepan and heat over medium heat to a low simmer, stirring occasionally with a whisk.
  2. When the mixture begins to thicken, stir in all the remaining ingredients except for the garnishes and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Divide into four serving dishes and cool for at least an hour in the refrigerator. Garnish just before serving.
