- 1 fluid ounce coconut cream
- 1⁄2 banana, fresh
- 1⁄4 fluid ounce lemon juice
- 5 ounces crushed ice
directions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and garnish with banana slice.

I had some guests over and wanted to try something alittle different. Dh and myself don't usually care too much for fruity drinks, but we really enjoyed these.....I loved the banana flavor!! I ended up making several batches...needless to say, a good time was had by all. Thanks for sharing.
