  • Pre-heat oven to 175c
  • mash baananas & finely chop the dates.
  • mix all the ingredients together in a bowl & leave to stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a non stick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • store in an airtight container & eat within 2 days.
